It is proven scientifically that our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs shape if not create our current reality. So the thoughts and beliefs you hold today become the reality you experience in the future. It is like planting seeds now for your future garden. But most of us aren’t really aware that what we are thinking, feeling and believing is the answer to why we are getting what we are getting in our lives.
We also may not be aware of the soul contracts we have made with others and why we are so attached to someone who isn’t good for us. Understanding the soul contract will help us to make the conscious decision to break that contract and move on to a healthier, more fulfilling life.
We are not eternally bound to another individual, regardless of the relationship. Our relationships are a product of our choices. How deep we go into our relationships is also a product of our choices. We simply may not be aware of what we are choosing.
