Healing through Higher Perspective

Healing through Higher Perspective

Our perspective is our story. It is how we view the world or a certain person or circumstance. It is the lens in which we view a situation. It is the spin we put on a story. It is what we believe to be true. And yet, in the end, it is only perspective.  Healing through Higher Perspective involves being able to view your circumstances or the people in your life from another lens.

When Kali Comes Knocking

When Kali Comes Knocking

Kali is the Hindu Goddess of Destruction and Rebirth.  She is the destroyer of the illusion.  In life we are constantly falling into illusions about ourselves, our lives and others.   These illusions keep us stuck in structures that are not in alignment with our souls highest calling or with our deepest truth.  When the illusions in your life are ready to be shattered, Kali Comes Knocking!

Love is the highest power on earth.  It’s what makes the world go round.  It is the greatest healer!  It is what brings us together.  But sometimes it feels like love is what tears us apart.   What do we do when love hurts? What do we do when we find ourselves hurting like we have […]

It is a link well worth exploring, especially if you are suffering from an autoimmune disorder. The more I research healing on both an emotional and physical level, the more I see the connection between the two. Although I am a big believer that diet is important and the healthier our diet, the healthier our body, there is also an emotional component to consider.
