Dating After Narcissistic Abuse Series #3

What do you need to do to be ready for a great new relationship? If you are coming out of narcissistic abuse or a toxic relationship pattern, there is self-exploration and self-love needed before you are relationship ready and can feel comfortable entering the dating scene.

How long does it take?  Well, it takes as long as it takes.  There is no set time for your recovery.  Recovery is a process and you need to give yourself however many months or years needed to work through old toxic patterns of attraction and find that love for YOU.

Until you truly love yourself you may not be able to say “NO” to behavior that doesn’t feel good to you.  If you haven’t healed your core wounds, you will continue to act and react from these wounds.

As you go into deep self exploration and come to a place where you really know yourself, you can better assess what kind of partner would truly be good for you.
